Name Reservation - As part of the California Limited Partnership package deal, you will receive one (1) original Profit Corporation Name Reservation from the Secretary of State which will be good for 60 days. 

Certificate of Limited Partnership - We will prepare and file your Certificate of Limited Partnership with the Secretary of State for your Limited Partnership.  Upon approval from the Secretary of State, you will receive one (1) certified stamped copy of your Limited Partnership.

Statement of Information - We electronically file the Statement of Information for your Limited Partnership with the Secretary of State.

Certificate of Status (good standing) - You will receive one (1) Certificate of Status (good standing) from the Secretary of State which will state that on this day that your limited partnership was in good standing with the Secretary of State.

Tax Id Number (EIN) -  We will request a Federal Id Number (EIN) on behalf of your Limited Partnership from the Federal government.
